I also wanted to have a church reminiscent of Saint Paul's for the Blitz game and here is my effort...

Offer up the wall sections 

undercoat them separately

reassemble and add doors

add texture and paint

add printed floor tiles and pillars

 

print stain glass onto acetates and add to window frames

Then build a roof using corrugated card and drinking straws

the dome is a hamster-ball from the petshop

Finish paint job and add a cupola from the end of a cigar tube top off with  a cross from plastic sprue.

ZOMBIE BOMBS Z-2's 

Untodt Lieferungs System

.: In August I put together the third Episode of D2D - Zombie bombs over London!

To do this I built the infamous Z-2's out of old toy cap-bombs. (I found some on e-bay) 

They are made from soft polypropylene plastic that is easy to carve. 

After cutting them to look as thought they had crash landed they were stuck to card bases using UPVA glue, an open hatch was cut in the body of the rocket. 

Then it was a case of texturing the bases to suggest an urban site and a quick paint job, and hey presto they were ready to land!

 

I Finally got around to painting the LAF Professor Witcheimer Figure which was lucky enough to win the single figure painting category at my local club
